What does your company do?
Elite Foot & Ankle Associates is an independent podiatry
practice with six locations throughout the Portland metro
area. We specialize in everything below the knee, including
heel pain, sports injuries, diabetic foot care, wound care,
ingrown toenails, regenerative medicine, and minimally
invasive foot and ankle procedures.

What makes your business unique?
We pride ourselves on providing personalized care and offering
advanced treatments that often aren’t available in most clinics
in the Portland area. We are especially proud that we’ve grown
from two part-time clinics into a multi-location organization
while maintaining the personal touch and relationships that
our patients value. We have always embraced innovative,
evidence-based treatments, including minimally invasive
surgery and regenerative medicine, allowing us to treat the root
cause of many conditions while helping patients recover faster
and get back to doing what they love.

How did you get started, and what brought you to Canby?
Trevor and Karie Haynes started Elite Foot & Ankle in 2018 with
a vision of providing high quality, patient-centered podiatric
care to communities that lacked convenient access to specialty
services. We were especially drawn to Canby because there was no local podiatrist serving the community. We saw an opportunity to fill an important need by providing comprehensive foot and ankle care close to home. Our Canby clinic offers on-site digital X-ray, laser, shockwave, red light, and the equipment needed to diagnose and treat most foot and ankle conditions, often helping patients avoid unnecessary trips to urgent care or the emergency room. We also reserve appointments for same-day and next-day urgent issues, allowing patients to get specialized care quickly when injuries and foot problems arise.

What do you enjoy most about being part of the Canby community?
Canby has been incredibly welcoming and supportive of
local businesses. We enjoy building relationships with other
healthcare providers, local organizations, and residents. We
had two of our doctors at the Dahlia Run last year and had
so much fun meeting people and being involved in the event.
Being involved in the community and helping our neighbors
stay active and healthy has been one of the most rewarding
parts of our growth.
